Stellantis’ new 3.0-liter inline-six twin-turbocharged engine has been dubbed the Hurricane and could soon make it into the Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer as the optional $2000.

The Jeep Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer are rumored to use Stellantis’ new straight-line six-cylinder engine, dubbed the Hurricane.
The high-power version of the 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged engine is expected to produce 500 horsepower and 475 pound-feet of torque.
The owner’s manual and screenshots from Jeep’s configuration are intended to reveal traction specifications and prices for this new engine option.
Stellantis recently unveiled a new inline six-engine called the Hurricane, and it looks like the Jeep Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer will be among the first models to use this new powertrain. TFLTruck.com found a modified owner’s manual for wagoneer and the 2022 Grand Wagoneer listing traction specifications for the new 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged engine, while journalist Gary Gastelu tweeted a screenshot of Jeep’s online configuration that briefly showed the inline-six as a $2000 Option (it was removed from Jeep’s website).
